SMEET Management performs its role to plan, carry out, monitor and initiate appropriate actions to maintain the desired Strategic Focus and Results pertaining to quality that is essential to business continuity.

Our management commits to total quality management and understands that there is No One Solution effective and that would work best in all situations. To achieve total quality in all our products and services, the Key Team Members critically identify all areas of concerns, assess the current practice, obtain feedback of all parties, such as customers, and evaluate the quality management system for us to address each quality concern with adequacy and consistency.

All the Goals and Objectives of the respective Departments towards Quality are integrated with the Key Business Requirements and are effectively coordinated amongst employees including interfaces with Customers and Suppliers and other interested parties. Each Division consists of a designated department responsible for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control that guarantees Delivery of Best Quality Products and Services to our Customers.

Trainings and other Learning and Development mediums are promoted and supported by the Management to build and maintain competency of their key personnel involved in Quality Product and Service Delivery.

We at SMEET promote pro-active approach through defined and well executed inspections at all stages and checkpoints to gain more confidence and control over our manufacturing and delivery processes. We verify all stages right from designing of our products until delivery to our clients.

With our experienced and competent QAQC Team members, the inspection of our products and processes is our ultimate priority to trigger and target corrective actions that would improve our delivered quality. We evaluate the performance of our inspections using statistical methods to control risks of defective products and guide us towards making decisions to guarantee quality products and services delivered to our customers.
